Last updated: October 5, 2026. These terms govern use of this website and engagement of our services.
Laxarr Africa is owned and operated by Universal Web Solutions, a technology services business registered in Kenya in 2009. These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Universal Web Solutions. By accessing this website or engaging Laxarr Africa for services, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Laxarr Africa provides fintech software development and algorithmic trading automation services, including strategy formalization, software development, backtesting, and related engineering work, as described on this website and agreed in individual project scopes.
Laxarr Africa builds software and provides engineering services. Nothing on this website, or delivered as part of our services, constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Historical backtest results are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance. Actual results may differ due to market conditions, liquidity, spreads, slippage, execution, fees, and other factors. Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate strategy descriptions, business requirements, and any data or credentials needed to complete a project, and for independently evaluating any trading system before deploying it with real capital.
Ownership of custom software developed for a client is governed by the specific project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools, frameworks, and internal libraries used to deliver services remain the property of Laxarr Africa.
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and final payment, are defined per project in a separate agreement or statement of work. Late payment may result in pause or termination of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laxarr Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from the use of software we develop or information on this website.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as specified in the applicable project agreement. This website's general terms may be updated or terminated at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, where Universal Web Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
